			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you have financial problem, unpleasant job, unhealthy relationship, or suffering a lonely life, or whatever problem that makes you unhappy, then &#8220;change&#8221; is the keyword to improve your life.</p>
<p>However, change is easier said than done, because many people want to change their unhappy conditions to the better life, but they don&#8217;t know how to change. Even when they took action to change their situations, they got stuck&#8230;and the problem still remains.</p>
<p>It is not that change outer world by taking physical action will not work, it will works at certain degree. But <a href="http://power-within.com/?p=80">vibration behind action</a> is more important, and the key to change to get proper vibration before action lies within your consciousness.</p>
<p>If you take action with scarcity or needy consciousness, then you will struggle to get what you want, and may finally get what you want but after strenuous hard work, sacrificing your time and pleasure. While in fact we don&#8217;t need to suspend pleasure or happiness just to go after our dream. Happiness is not goal, it&#8217;s consciousness that we can choose, even when the things that we want still not showing up in physical reality.</p>
<p>So whatever your goals, whether it is financial freedom, loving relationship, <a href="http://power-within.com/zgd">weight loss</a>, gain confidence, etc&#8230;you must first develop your consciousness so that you don&#8217;t go after your dream with the feeling of lack or needy.</p>
<p>However, developing consciousness is not instant task, nor always easy. It will take time, and sometimes you may experience consciousness shift after getting the same insights that you have seen, heard or read before, but you just realize it now because you see, hear or read it from different perspective by different people, different books, or different experience. But it feels really good to get that AHA moment.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s why persistence on learning something is very important. We may don&#8217;t understand one thing at this moment, but if we keep learning, keep trying to find the answer, then we will finally get it. And by the time you find that AHA moment, it will feels like you&#8217;re on top of the world.</p>
<p>So it doesn&#8217;t matter if at this moment you still haven&#8217;t got prosperity consciousness, love consciousness, self awareness etc. Just keep developing your consciousness by keep learning and asking until you get the answer that will change your consciousness, which then results in the change of your reality.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We live in the world of duality. Day and night, hot and cold, right and wrong, happiness and sadness, positive and negative, etc&#8230;</p>
<p>There can&#8217;t be the day without the night, as there can&#8217;t be the light without the dark. There will always be two opposite sides but they are actually completing each other. So we will never be able to omit one side, because both are equally important.</p>
<p>Do you think electricity will exist if the formula is only positive? How do we know the feeling of happiness if we never feel sadness? How do we know what is right if we don&#8217;t know what is wrong?</p>
<p>We make mistakes sometimes, we feel negative feeling once in a while. It&#8217;s absolutely normal, we don&#8217;t have to deny negativity existence. Acknowledge them, let them be, because they are part of our path.</p>
<p>But the problem is&#8230;often unconsciously we tend to be on one side only &#8211; &#8220;The negative side&#8221;, not even balance with positive side, and this is not good.</p>
<p>Suppose you have daily self monitoring checklist which each sheet is divided into two columns &#8211; positive and negative, which column will have most check-mark in a day? How often do you visit positive feeling in one day? Can you refrain yourself from complaint, whining, negative talk, and negative thinking in a whole day?</p>
<p>Or if you feel daily scale is too big, what about hourly scale? Can you stay positive in an hour? Or just in few minutes you can&#8217;t stand to switch back to negative attitude because a call to gossip talks with your friends is tempting you so much?</p>
<p>The point is not to be always positive in a whole day, you don&#8217;t need to be a holy man without sin, because inner work can exhaust your mental when you force yourself to be always positive and denying any negative feeling. You don&#8217;t have to be impervious to sadness, but also don&#8217;t let yourself susceptible to negativity. Just be aware of which side you are now, do you tend to be positive? Or negative? If you tend to be more negative, then it&#8217;s time to work more on your positive side.</p>
<p>In the end, you will have to be more positive above negative, but don&#8217;t push yourself too hard to get there. Start with a little step you can do to be more positive right now.</p>

<p>One of the powers that the Universe has given to us is the power of being in charge of ourselves. In the metaphorical big book where all the responsibilities are written down so they can be referred to as needed, there is no entry that says</p>
<p>Your friend is in charge of your life or</p>
<p>Your spouse in charge of your life or</p>
<p>Your boss is in charge of your life.</p>
<p>All there is, is an entry that says</p>
<h2><span style="color: #333399;">You are in charge of your life</span></h2>
<p><span style="color: #ffffff;">.</span></p>
<p>Now this is in the Universal sense. In the everyday world, it is good to drive on the correct side of the street, listen to your wife or husband when they tell you what they want for their birthday and to work the best you can at your job.</p>
<p>But in truth, those are all momentary ideas that take place and then are gone.</p>
<p>You can decide to listen to others as the need arises, but inside your heart, where the real power over your life is contained, you are the only one in charge.</p>
<p>What happens to people sometimes, is that they get confused a bit and they let those short periods of time when we are hanging out with others start to dominate our lives.</p>
<p>This is when the world kind of falls apart a bit. The entire Universe is set up so that each person is in charge of their own individual life. That is a full time job and nobody else is assigned that task (we are not counting the time when kids are real small here)</p>
<p><strong>But we all have our hands full with our own lives. </strong></p>
<p>We are each the expert at that and truthfully no one else is equipped to handle that responsibility for us. And actually, the folks who sometimes think they are better at managing our lives for us, also already have their own lives to take care of and they have to spend all their time doing that.</p>
<p>They don’t have the time or energy to take care of our lives when they need all their energy for their own lives. And they don’t have hardly any extra left over to tell us about ours.</p>
<p><strong>It is up to you to be in charge of you. </strong></p>
<p>Not them. Not anybody. Just you. This is the job you were born to do and if you don’t do it, you are going to have that funny feeling in your heart that is telling you that you are not paying enough attention to you.</p>
<p>You do not have to go all turtle like and only pay attention to your own self, but you can consider your life to be at least as important as that of your spouse, your friends and your boss.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #333399;">Because your life is just as important</span></h2>
<p>Think about that idea first today, that you are important and in charge of your life. And watch what a difference it makes all day long.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Feel good always been said as the key to attract what we want, this is because good feeling will create joy in the process of attraction.</p>
<p>But the problem is&#8230;there is no guarantee that we can keep the good feeling in 24 hours, because there are times when we feel upset, sad, or experience other negative feelings. I was once disappointed with a famous self development guru who always looks happy and calm. But at the time I met him, I saw him clearly show his upset expression on his face. But then I realized that he is also just human with feelings. So there&#8217;s nothing wrong with it I guess.</p>
<p>Yes, this is normal for us as human being. Even the greatest and strongest heroes wept at least once in their lifetime, or at least when they were infant. We are not the robots with cold feeling. So avoid misunderstanding the concept of &#8220;we must always be happy&#8221;. It is okay to feel bad sometimes. What we have to do is stay in control and not to exaggerate the bad feelings. You don&#8217;t have to worry if you suddenly feeling bad in the process of attraction, because couple days of negative feelings will not prevent us from getting what we want.</p>
<p>Maybe it&#8217;s hard to feel good when you have stacks of bills. Maybe it&#8217;s not easy to feel health when you are sick. Maybe it&#8217;s impossible to feel love when you are lonely and there&#8217;s nobody to date with.</p>
<p>In such circumstances, it is okay if you cannot feel good at all. You don&#8217;t have to force yourself to get good feeling right away when you find no reason to feel good. But here&#8217;s the good news , you don&#8217;t have to feel good, you just have to feel better. I repeat it, &#8220;You don&#8217;t have to feel good, you just have to feel better&#8221;.</p>
<p>Find something that make you feel better. You can think some empowering thoughts, doing any positive activities, visualizing the cute face of babies, or helping others. As Bob Proctor said in one of his books &#8211; &#8220;Helping others feel better&#8221;.</p>
<p>Starting from feel better will gradually lead you to feel good.</p>

<p>Sure  we need to take action in order to achieve our goals, because you cannot make a living just by sitting on your butt, visualize the life of your dream, and suddenly you become rich. Miracle does happen, but the mechanism is not always magical stories. There will come the time when you have to get involved to manifest your goal. This is where inspiration and intuition taking their part, so that the action you take is the so called &#8220;inspired action&#8221;.</p>
<p>An inspired action doesn&#8217;t feel like hard work, instead you will enjoy the process of action and having fun with it. By the time you get your goal, you will feel like you get it with ease, as if no hard work has been done.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s what makes the difference with regular action&#8230;the &#8220;vibration behind action&#8221;. The state of good feeling when you take action.</p>
<p>Sure you can still be success with regular action, even if you start from the feeling of lack, unfulfillment, or the motivation to prove something to others. In fact, I saw many people who started taking action with such state of negative feelings, but still finally they got their success, and they proud of their achievement despite years of struggle.</p>
<p>But it doesn&#8217;t have to be that way. If you want to reach success just ask yourself: do you want to start your journey to success with the feeling of joy or the feeling of struggle?</p>
<p>The only drawback of taking action with the state of negative feeling is&#8230;you become needy, craving for success because you feel you don&#8217;t have it yet. You are unable to see the things you already have that you can appreciate. You put your physical and mental health on risk. And if you fail to get what you want, you might fall into quite desperation.</p>
<p>But if you take action with the vibration of joy, you will enjoy the process and not attached to the results. Because you know even if you don&#8217;t get what you want, then you will get much better one. Because in the end there will be only two possibilities, the good one, or the better one.</p>

<p>Don&#8217;t get me wrong, Law of Attraction does exist, and it always works like law of gravity. But if you think the mechanism of Law of Attraction is always magical, for instance, receive unexpected checks everyday, or suddenly your soul mate appears in front of you and says &#8220;Will you marry me?&#8221;, then you have been misled.</p>
<p>Miracle does happen with attraction. You can attract anything simply by utilizing Law of Attraction. You can feel as if you are already living the life you want. But after reaching some point, In other words when your goals get bigger, then you need to take the real action.</p>
<p>Why?</p>
<p>Because the word &#8216;Attraction&#8217; is also abbreviation from &#8220;Attract and Action&#8221;. You attract the opportunities, then you take action to manifest it. This also means you have to take action to attract what you want.</p>
<p>Affirming what you want or visualizing your goals is a good start. But it doesn&#8217;t mean you will always get everything by doing nothing.</p>
<p>Avoid the lazy and instant mental. When it comes to put yourself into action, then do your best and manifest the rest.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Funny thing about the mind is&#8230;it cannot distinguish between reality and imagination. Try to recall any past experience, whether it was good or bad. When you recall painful experience for example, I bet you will feel discomfort. You may feel your brow wrinkles, stiff shoulder or back, headache, heart beats faster, tense up of abs muscles or other part of your body, etc, as if you experience it right here right now. Especially when you are able to recall it very vividly.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s the same thing when you recall beautiful experience, i.e. the first time you met him/her, when you heard love words from him/her. It brings a big smile in your face, your pupils dilated, you feel the world become larger, or even some unexplainable feeling.</p>
<p>Isn&#8217;t it interesting to know that our internal world recognize it as if it were real?</p>
<p>Yes, even your outer circumstances is not yet the reality you want, what you feel in the inner world is already real. That&#8217;s why you can choose to be happy now, you can choose to <a href="http://power-within.com/ol2">feel wealthy now</a>, you can choose to feel healthy now, because it&#8217;s much more empowering than any negative feelings.</p>
<p>Choose to feel whatever you want, appreciate what you already have, feel the reality inside, knowing that it will soon manifest in your outer world as long as you keep your focus to what you want to feel, because sooner or later you will find a way or inspired action to manifest it. And more important thing, it&#8217;s just a feeling that we want. Whether it&#8217;s money, relationship, or whatever you want, in the end it&#8217;s all just about feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment. So, if it&#8217;s just the feeling that we want, why don&#8217;t we  start to create the reality inside by choosing to feel it right now?</p>

Do you think you will be happy only after getting plenty of money? Or after meeting your soul mate? Or other reasons?</p>
<p>From one point of view, there&#8217;s nothing wrong with it, because it&#8217;s natural for us as human being. We feel happy or sad, because something trigger our feeling.  But from other perspective, it is said that we feel something because we choose to feel it.</p>
<p>So if you feel happy with your job, your money, your family, it&#8217;s because you choose to feel happy with what you have. But on the other side, there are some people who don&#8217;t feel happy despite of what they have. Yes, they have plenty of money, they have family, they have decent health, but they are not happy. Why? Because they don&#8217;t choose to feel happy with it. They don&#8217;t feel gratitude for what they have.</p>
<p>So, what are you really looking for from money? From love?</p>
<p>In other words, do you really want money? Do you really want love?</p>
<p>Well, it&#8217;s not the money nor the love that you want. You want something behind it&#8230;a feeling of fulfillment.</p>
<p>You don&#8217;t really want money, your goal is not really money because you just want something to be exchanged with money. Be it home, vacation, food, etc. But what you really want is far beyond it. You just want the &#8220;feeling of fulfillment&#8221;.</p>
<p>You want love, because you need to love and be loved, and it&#8217;s all about the feeling of fulfillment.</p>
<p>So if what we want is just feeling, why should we wait to have what we want to be happy?</p>
<p>If you choose not to be happy right now, then it means you will never be happy until you get what you want. And it will be such ironic story if you die before you get what you want. Because that means you are not happy person in your entire life.</p>
<p>So choose to be happy now, choose to feel what you want. You can choose to <a href="http://power-within.com/ol2">be wealthy now</a>, you can choose to feel love now, you can choose whatever feeling you want&#8230;right now.</p>
<p>You can start by finding something to appreciate. Even if you are flat broke, lonely, sick, or whatever your circumstances, trust me&#8230;there will always be something to appreciate for.</p>

		<title>Relaxing The Mind</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have a favorite saying: &#8220;It would be better to focus on peace of mind to achieve dream, rather than focus on achieving dream but sacrificing peace of mind&#8221;.</p>
<p>Action is indeed necessary to manifest our dream, be it money or relationship, or whatever you want. But you cannot expect money to fall into your lap without doing anything, or suddenly your prince/princess appear magically in front of you and ask you to marry him/her.</p>
<p>Action is important but more important is the vibration behind action. Because when you take action with calm mind, you don&#8217;t feel it as a hard work. You will enjoy it, having fun with it, then when you get the results, you will get it with the feeling of ease.</p>
<p>The problem is&#8230;how to calm the mind? Yes I admit it, the most difficult inner work is calming the mind. But it&#8217;s the first step to do, the first action you must do to get flow with your desire.</p>
<p>Let me share my favorite technique for relaxing the mind.</p>
<ul>
<li>Take a deep and slow breath. Breath from the belly, and do it several times until you feel more relax. Usually 3 reps of deep breathing cycle will be enough. You can choose to close your eyes or keep it open.</li>
<li>Now focus on your eyelids. Notice any tightness there. Then relax the muscles of your eyelids. If you do it right you will feel more relaxed.</li>
<li>Now intent to spread that relax sensation all over your body from head to toes. Feel more relaxed with every breath you take.</li>
<li>If you do it with eyes open, keep focusing on one object in front of you, and you will notice that your peripheral vision widen. Widening of peripheral vision is an indication that you are in the state of relaxation.</li>
<li>If you do it with eyes closed, you will feel strange sensation. I cannot describe it well, because everybody have different experience. For me, sometimes I feel as if my body is floating. Sometimes I feel my body blending with the environment around me, sometimes I see weird vision, etc. You may have different sensation.</li>
<li>Now you can be the observer, watching any thought, feeling, or sensations that appear. I&#8217;d rather enjoy the feel good sensation for a moment, I choose to live in the now, <a href="http://power-within.com/gl9">no worries, no fear, no anxiety</a>.</li>
<li>Then I choose beautiful thoughts, of the life that I&#8217;ve been dreaming of. Or sometimes I just imagine babies, because imagining them feels good for me.</li>
<li>Feel all good sensations until you satisfied.</li>
<li>Take another deep and slow breath, feel the relax sensation, then back to your normal activity</li>
</ul>
<p>Since my goal is to get relaxed mind, I don&#8217;t count the time, I just use my feeling. If I feel enough, then I will end my relaxation ritual  . I usually spend 5 &#8211; 10 minutes of this inner work in the morning, or whenever I want if I have time. Because I love to feel this state of relaxation <img src='http://power-within.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>This is just one of many techniques of <a href="http://power-within.com/xv0">mind relaxation</a>. You can do whatever technique you have, as long as it make you relax, <a href="http://power-within.com/xv0">calm your mind</a>, and make you feel good.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I can&#8217;t emphasize enough the importance of proper breathing which is a process of slooow and deep breath. It is breathing cycle that you do from your belly, not from your chest. We naturally breath from the belly when we were an infant, but gradually use chest breathing as we grow up.</p>
<p>Proper breathing is good for balancing energy system of the body as well as controlling emotions. It is very beneficial to <a href="http://power-within.com/gl9">reduce or even get rid of anxiety</a>. In other words, our breathing pattern determines our emotion&#8217;s level.</p>
<p>Now let&#8217;s take a look at another way to utilize breathing, which you can do anytime, anywhere, regardless the situation, whether you are under stress condition, or just want to get the good feeling of relaxation. I call it Gratitude breathing, and this is not something new, some of you probably have been using it regularly and took it as part of your habit.</p>
<p>The process is very simple. Take a slow and deep breath, but each time of exhale, you say &#8220;Thank you&#8221;. Yes, be thankful for the feeling of refresh, be thankful for every breath you take. Because it&#8217;s free of charge, and it&#8217;s an evidence that you are still alive <img src='http://power-within.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>This is very useful especially when you can barely find anything to appreciate for. Maybe because you have stacks of unpaid bills and you don&#8217;t have a clue of what to do to fix your financial condition. Or maybe because you are still lonely, or have unhealthy relationship, or even suffer from unrecoverable disease.</p>
<p>So if you find nothing to be thankful of, just breath and be thankful for every breath you still have. Feel gratitude for it, because proper breathing feels good.</p>
<p>Sure it won&#8217;t magically increase sum of money in your bank account, nor it will suddenly bring a prince/princess knocks your door and say that he/she comes to save you. But it will make you more relax, so you can regain your focus to what you want, and not what you don&#8217;t want. This breathing process is a good start to get gratitude feeling, because at least you still have one precious thing that dead man don&#8217;t.</p>
<p>You may have been writing daily gratitude journal, or always be thankful for all materials you have. Now, what about adding gratitude breathing to be part of your gratitude routine? I think we can&#8217;t take this for granted <img src='http://power-within.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
